It is therefore logical that you want to be sure that the house meets your requirements and wishes, that you do not pay too much and that you will not be confronted with unexpected surprises.

It is therefore nice if you receive guidance in this process from an expert party with detailed knowledge of the market. With us this is possible in various ways. We can search for a suitable home for you or, for example, only take care of the purchase (if you have already found a suitable home yourself).

Introduction

Personal guidance is key at Ligtvoet Makelaardij. We therefore find it very important to plan an acquaintance in which we get to know you and your residential wishes. Hereby we draw up a plan of approach that completely suits your situation.

Search query

Based on all your housing requirements, we will create a search for you within our network. You will then always be the first to be informed of new properties that meet your requirements, even before it appears on Funda.

Viewings

Interested in a specific home in the area? Then we will plan a viewing together. We, as buying agents, are happy to go with you to go through the house in detail. As an expert, we can ask the right questions to be able to properly assess the value.

Making a bid

If the property is to your liking, we will explore together whether further investigation is needed. Then together we will discuss a negotiation strategy and desired terms. We will then contact the sales broker for you to make an offer on your behalf.

Signing the purchase agreement

If your offer is accepted by the selling party, the sales broker will record all agreements made in a purchase agreement. We will go through this carefully with you so that the signed agreement can be shared with the notary.

A visit to the notary

Together we make a final round through the house for a final inspection. Here we check whether the house is delivered in the agreed condition. Then the official transfer takes place at the notary. Even after this you can always contact us with questions.
